Bizimage Solutions Intelligence (BSI) ("BSI," "we," "us," or "our") operates the BSI Master OS platform accessible at https://app.bizimagesolutionsintelligence.ai and associated subdomains (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use the Platform, interact with our SMS messaging programs, or submit information through any BSI client opt-in page.
By using the Platform or opting into any BSI-managed communication program, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform or submit your information.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you check in at a BSI client kiosk, submit an email opt-in form, or text a keyword to a BSI-managed phone number, we collect your first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, and, where provided, date of birth. This information is collected on behalf of the BSI client whose location or campaign you are interacting with.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
When you visit the Platform, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. This information is used for security, analytics, and service improvement purposes only.
2.3 SMS Opt-In Data
When you text a keyword (such as JOIN, INFO, START, or SUBSCRIBE) to a BSI-managed number, or submit your phone number through a web opt-in form, we record your mobile number, the keyword used, the date and time of opt-in, the source IP address (for web opt-ins), and the BSI client campaign associated with your enrollment. This data constitutes your consent record under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver SMS and email communications you have opted into, including confirmations, follow-up messages, appointment reminders, and promotional content from the specific BSI client whose campaign you joined.
- Operate the kiosk check-in and staff management features on behalf of BSI clients.
- Maintain opt-in consent records as required by TCPA and carrier regulations.
- Analyze campaign performance, open rates, click rates, and conversion rates to improve ROI for BSI clients.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to the Platform.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and carrier requirements.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to the BSI client campaign you opted into.
4. SMS Messaging Program
BSI operates SMS messaging programs on behalf of its clients under A2P 10DLC registration with Twilio. By opting into any BSI SMS program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt out at any time without affecting your relationship with the BSI client.
5. Email Marketing
When you submit your email address through a BSI client opt-in form, you consent to receive email communications from that specific BSI client. These may include welcome messages, educational content, promotional offers, and follow-up communications as part of a multi-touch nurture sequence. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking that link removes you from all future email communications for that client's campaign. We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
6. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- BSI clients: Your contact information and opt-in status are shared with the specific BSI client whose campaign or kiosk you interacted with. That client is responsible for their own use of your data.
- Service providers: We use Twilio for SMS delivery, Mailchimp for email delivery, and Amazon Web Services (S3) for secure file storage. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BSI, our clients, or the public.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy protections described here.
7. Data Retention
We retain contact records, opt-in consent logs, and visit records for a minimum of three (3) years to comply with TCPA record-keeping requirements and to support audit requests from carriers or regulators. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information; to opt out of marketing communications at any time; to request a copy of the data we hold about you; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest in S3, hashed passwords for portal accounts, and role-based access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. We will notify affected users of any data breach as required by applicable law.
10. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform or participation in any BSI SMS or email program after the updated Policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
